They also carry a good selection of telescope and astronomy accessories. Pretty much everyone sells accessories such as eyepieces and counterweights. Camera Concepts also sells these accessories as well as much more specialized accessories, including specially designed chairs made just for star gazing.

Payment Options:  

If you plan to place your order over the internet with Camera Concepts they accept most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. They will also accept debit cards as long as they bear one of these cards’ logos.

Customer Support:  

Customers needing assistance may contact the telescope store via telephone, fax, or email. Of course if you live in the New York area you may also visit the store personally for sales and service. Camera Concepts provides emails to various departments which makes it a little easier to reach someone in a particular department. They even provide the email address for the owner if you feel your situation warrants that level of attention.

Unfortunately there is no way to track your order short of calling the store to check in. While the store itself is a reliable company some people may be put off by the bare-bones approach (or lack of features) they have taken with their website.
